mission statement

In a multi-cultural, multi-lingual society such as ours, where cultural diversity abounds, communication is key. The mission of the Latino Cultural Exchange Coalition is to be a vehicle for exchanging ideas and addressing the concerns of the ex-offender population in particular, and the general population as a whole.

statement of purpose

1. To aid ex-offenders before they are released and upon their release with their transition into society at large.
2. To aid the children of the incarcerated in coping with their loved ones and friends who have been incarcerated.
3. To assist youth at-risk through programs and intervention/prevention.
4. To communicate with, participate in and engage other social service and community organizations whose mission and purpose is similar.
